Danielle Marie Bell

Danielle Marie Bell, of Ithaca passed away unexpectedly at home on May 27, 2026 at the age of 40. 

Born on December 6, 1985, in Montour Falls, Danielle was the youngest child born to John Grant Bell and Susan J. Kerr. Danielle treasured her mother profoundly, and their close connection was a cornerstone of her life. 

In addition to her mother, Danielle is survived by her siblings, Dave Bell (Vickie Schaver), Marilyn Landon (Corey Long), Charlene Bell, Charles Bell “Chucky-Bear,” and Jess Bell. Together, they formed a strong circle of family whom Danielle unconditionally loved. Danielle’s warmth extended beyond her human family to her faithful dog, Akoya, who held a special place in her heart. 

A Celebration of Danielle's Life will be held by her family at a later date.
