Eckhart G. Lindemann died on October 17th 2025 in Ithaca, NY at the age of 94 in his garden.
He was born in Dresden, Germany on September 20, 1931, the son of Erna and Alexander Lindemann.
He is survived by his wife of over 60 years Dorothea Lindemann; his daughter Christine Lindemann of Ithaca, NY; his son and daughter in law Martin and Stephanie Lindemann, grand children Ella and James Lindemann all of Morton Grove IL; and family in Germany.
His son Ulrich (Uli) Lindemann preceded him in death.
A private memorial will be held for family only.
