Kathleen M. Cassaniti

Kathleen M. Cassaniti of Covert passed away at home on Monday, December 18, 2017 at the age of 71.

Kathleen was born on November 18, 1946, a daughter of the late Cyrus and Frances Kean. She was a passionate cook and baker, making the most delicious peach and apple pies.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Lou Cassaniti Sr.; son, Lou Cassaniti Jr.; four brothers, Frank, Bernard, Carey, and Kevin Kean; best friend, George Ball; and beloved neighbors, Mitzi, Mark, and Kaitlin Paul, and Bruce Bowen.

The family will be present to receive friends from Noon to 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the Ness-Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South Street, Trumansburg. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 1:00pm at the funeral home.
