William G. Mix, Sr. of 4365 W. Seneca Road, Trumansburg, passed away at Cayuga Medical Center on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at the age of 56.
Born on March 1, 1953 in Ovid, New York, Bill was the son of the late Bill and Vivian (Dawson) Mix. He worked at Weatherby's Farm in Trumansburg and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Bill is survived by his girlfriend, Sandra Blake of Trumansburg; three children, Jason Mix of Trumansburg, Toyanna Mix of Ovid, and Billy Mix of Trumansburg; two grandchildren, Kevin and Courtney DeLong; two brothers; and one brother in law.
In keeping with the family's wishes, no public services will be held.
The family asks those who wish to make a contribution in Bill's memory to kindly direct donations to the family at 4365 W. Seneca Rd., Trumansburg, NY 14886.
