Wyatt A. Cramer, age 48, died on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.
Wyatt was born in Montour Falls on March 28, 1965, a son of the late Alan W. and Marilyn (Clayson) Cramer. He attended Trumansburg Schools, and has been a local resident for all of his life. Wyatt was a talented carpenter for 22 years, and loved hunting and stream fishing, all of which he learned from his father. He was a gas and diesel engine rebuilder and would often gladly lend a hand to anyone with car trouble. Wyatt chose a simple life, and lived quietly, nestled in the woods on the family homestead.
He is survived by his siblings; Pamela (Bob Borra) Coyle and Stephanie (Tom Warren) Bentley all of Trumansburg; his children, Ashley Cramer-Kranz of Spencer, Jace Cramer of Newark Valley and Cole Cramer of Trumansburg; several nieces, nephews and a large extended family.
The family will be present to receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00pm on Friday, July 26, 2013 at the Mecklenburg United Methodist Church, 6063 Turnpike Road in Mecklenburg. A Memorial Service, to offer comfort and healing to all those affected by Wyatt’s death will immediately follow at 7:00pm at the church with Pastor Cheryl Hine officiating.
The family asks those who wish to make a contribution in Wyatt’s memory to kindly consider Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services, PO Box 724, Trumansburg, NY 14886.
