Linda Blanco Freeman

Linda Blanco Freeman, 81, of Interlaken passed away at Cayuga Medical Center on Saturday, January 1, 2022.

Linda was born in Manhattan, the daughter of the late John and Olga (Rogulenko) Blanco. Her father worked for many years for the New York Transit Authority, retiring as Assistant Supervisor. Linda attended Brooklyn College and left to be a secretary to various senior executives.

Linda met her husband Peter while she was an executive secretary to the Managing Partner of Pricewaterhouse in New York City. She married Peter Freeman and they shared 49 years of marriage. She later went on to work in the Stuyvesant High School Library as well as being a school secretary.

Linda was the love and best friend to Peter and a protective and loving mother to Victoria. She is sorely missed by them.

Linda is survived by her husband, Peter; and daughter, Victoria. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Blanco.

Services were held privately for family.
