Philip G. Keller

Philip G. Keller of Interlaken passed away at Cayuga Medical Center on Friday, April 23, 2021 at the age of 72.

Born in Long Island, New York on December 9, 1948, Phil was the son of the late Philip F. and Lucille (Neumann) Keller. He graduated from Interlaken High School in 1967. In 1968, he joined the United States Army where he would serve until 1971. His military career would continue on in 1972, where he joined the United States Navy, honorably serving until his retirement in 1991.

Phil is survived by his wife, Mary Keller; step daughter, Cathy (Steve) McGuire-Groft; two grandchildren, Claire Groft and Peter Groft; and a sister, Patricia Keller. In addition to his parents, Phil was preceded in death by his brother, Fred Keller.

In keeping with Phil’s wishes, burial will be private with Military Honors.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks those that would like to make a contribution in Phil’s memory to kindly consider the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the American Red Cross, or consider being a blood donor in honor of Phil.
