Sandra L. (Geser) Gladstone

Sandra L. Gladstone of Trumansburg passed away at Seneca View Nursing and Rehab on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at the age of 80.

Sandy was born in North Tonawanda, New York on February 20, 1942, a daughter of the late Demetri and Rita (Butler) Chorny. She was employed for many years as the office manager at Ehrhart Energy in Trumansburg prior to her retirement. Sandy spent many hours at the Trumansburg Golf Course alongside her husband, Ron, golfing. Together, Sandy and Ron enjoyed playing bingo, and traveling to visit family and friends in the South.

Sandy is survived by her husband, Ronald Gladstone; children, Diane (Jeff) Avant, Robert (Adam Shapiro) Gladstone, and John Gladstone; grandchildren, Corey and Lindsey Avant; and brothers, Michael (Mary Beth), Thomas (Karla), and James Chorny.

The family will be present to receive friends from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Ness-Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South Street, Trumansburg. A Funeral Service will immediately follow, at 1:00pm, at the funeral home.
