Terry Lee Austic

Terry Lee Austic, age 55, of Ithaca, NY passed away after a long battle with cancer surrounded by family on May 1, 2021. 

He was born on November 29, 1965 in Ithaca, NY the son of the late Clinton and Mary (Hayes) Austic.

Terry was a graduate from Trumansburg High School who loved the outdoors, sports, fishing and NASCAR. Terry worked for many years at the Falls Tavern in Trumansburg and was a loving and kind man.

Terry is survived by his children Ian Bailey-Austic and Ashley Winckowski; a granddaughter; a grandson, Ian Bailey-Austic Jr.; siblings, Victor Austic, Linda Gomes, Cynthia Austic; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Terry was predeceased by his brother and sister, Barbara and Charles Austic; and a grandson Noah.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Ness-Sibley Funeral Home, 23 South Street, Trumansburg.
